⚙️ Activation Process (Important Guidelines):
- Subscription is activated via Family Invitation method.
- Customer must provide a Gmail ID to receive the invitation.
- Each Gmail ID can be used only 2 times per year (12 months).
- After 2 invitations, the customer must provide a new Gmail ID.
- Same Gmail ID cannot be reused again – No exceptions.
- If the customer insists on using the same Gmail again, it will not be possible, and no refund will be given.
📩 Joining & Accepting the Invitation:
- After invitation is sent, the customer must accept it within 30 minutes.
- Once joined, the previous family member will be removed, and the new user added.
- If the invitation is not accepted in time, we will not send another invite.
🔄 For Subscriptions Longer than 1 Month:
- Even if the customer purchases a longer plan (e.g., 3 or 6 months), the invitation will be sent month-by-month.
- The customer will need to send a new Gmail ID every 2 months for continued access.
- This policy ensures smooth service and avoids Gmail invitation limits.
